About me

I am an undergraduate geology student fascinated to learn about geosciences, specially hydrogeology and petroleum geology, and quantitative/computer-based methods to better understand the natural processes and solve problems. Currently, I am looking for a graduate program and a research group where I could be a good fit.

I have experience with:

  • Numerical modeling.
  • Machine learning/Deep learning.
  • Pumping test data analysis.
  • Aquifer characterization.
  • Python.
  • OpenGeoSys.
  • Gmsh.
  • Matlab.
  • Below you can see my current main project as well as previous ones.

Quantify the impact of irregular aquifer geometry on transmissivity estimates: a numerical pumping test study
    (Work in progress)

    My undergraduate thesis project

Defining the best area to project a wellfield

Implementation of a wellfield in Caçapava - SP, Brazil. This was planned with its constructive parameters in the best hydrogeologic area defined using public data. The aim of this project is to meet the demand of a possible abrupt population growth of 20,000 people.

Analysis of pumping test data from papers using welltestpy Python library (Work in Progress)

This project was the aim to collect pumping test data from many papers. Using Welltestpy and Anaflow Python libraries analyze the data collected, characterize the aquifer using the best solution for each case and compare these results with the paper results.
